It appears impossible to contact AdBlock regarding a query with their software not working.All phone numbers cut of before being given opportunity to speak and no response to emails
On 11 February this year (2026) I paid £35.00 as initial 12 month subscription to AdBlock Premium but i am now getting advertisement interruptions on YouTube, which is what I paid to eliminate.
Why I am getting these interruptions, as my subscription appears to have been wasted money,

Ads still popping up including Adblock's
I have purchased Adblock and paid £1.99 for the first month and £11 for second but I still get ads and the annoying Adblock pop-up everytime I do emails.

I have tried repeatedly to contact costumer service or someone I can talk to in the Company in order to clarify the services I am paying for. In trying to deal with this issue, I am facing a brick wall.
